SSquare Placements LLC started with a simple belief: people deserve more than a job board, and companies deserve more than a stack of résumés. We began as a small staffing team in the U.S. and grew into a workforce partner for the technology, healthcare, and finance worlds.
Our founders spent years inside these industries. They kept running into the same gap — companies didn’t just need candidates, they needed someone who understood their pressures, their culture, and where they were trying to go. So we built the kind of partner we wished we’d had.
We think of ourselves less as a staffing agency and more as career partners. Most of our recruiters came from the fields they now hire for, which means they ask sharper questions and spot the fits other people miss.
We pay attention to the things a résumé never shows — how a team actually works, what someone wants five years from now, whether a role will still feel right once the new-job shine wears off. That’s a big part of why our placements tend to stick.
